  Ch. Saint Cosme - Le Claux 2018: Alltid likt de tre enkeltvinmarks-vinene til Cosme - 100% grenache fra urgamle stokker. Le Claux 18 var litt heit ved åpning, men luftet en times tid var dette et helt annet dyr. Dyp morellfrukt, røde toner, mandler, pepper, vanilje, timian, lang utgang med appelsinskall, kamfer og mandler. Ørlite varmere utgang enn tilsvarende i 16, men aldri for mye. 15,5% alko så godt gjemt at Viggo Valle ville sliti med å finne dem. Strålende vin.

  short note - blackberries, pepper, incredible nose, very structured, hint of oak, needs alotof time, but this is outstanding quality, long finish, 92p++
