Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • On the pnp you will find more forgiving tannins from sucking on a cube of plutonium. It's like petite sirah that was bottled fifteen minutes ago. The alcohol is overwhelming. "Young" doesn't cover it. Four hours later, it's settled down and fleshed out a bit - it's ridiculously powerful and bold but in a thrilling rollercoaster kind of way - this is clearly an amazingly-made wine and it's going to reward years of cellaring. I wouldn't just hold this but brick it up behind a wall somewhere.
