  Savory herbs, currants and a touch of jam come through on the nose. The wine is medium-bodied, with a sweet, light, red currant and cedar palate presence, with a short, albeit pleasant, dusty finish. This will be ready to go on release. Drink from 2022-2030.

  91 vvPunkte (14%, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, verkostet im Dezember 2021 in Windisch). Leuchtendes Rubinrot. Anfangs etwas verhalten, kühl, aristokratisch, leicht staubig, öffnet sich mit Luft, wird immer charmanter, zeigt dunkle und rote Früchte, Himbeeren, Kardamom. Der Auftakt ist fruchtbetont, gradlinig, jedoch kräftig, der Wein hat Druck und Kraft, die Frucht ist ungemein knackig, eine markante Struktur hält dagegen, zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch etwas wild, jedoch mit sehr guten Anlagen für eine lange Reife.   Earthy black currant and tobacco scents open the nose. The wine is round, fruity and soft, with a nice bite of fresh, spicy cassis on the mid-palate and in the finish. This well-priced value wine will be even better with a few years of age. 88-90 Pts
