Slo-oxed for 10 minutes, but better after 30, with some sediment. Notes of red fruits and garrigue on the nose. Medium bodied palate showed a combination of bright red and dark red fruits, some garrigue/earth, and lots of spice. The acidity was just more than balancing, and there was a touch of tannin on the finish. Maybe a bit more cellar time, then more air would have allowed the fruit to be more present? Should hold for at least several years, and may continue to develop.

Flower, earth and berry on the nose, robust, wild and rustic with a clean soulfulness streaming through, shows raspberry, black tea, and blackberry with an herbal finish, it is drinking freshly right now, should still be nice after a decade as well, more open on the second day

Rich, delicious blackberry fruit with earthy, soily flavors, excellent structure, rough texture, ample tannins and acidity, long finish

This a great example of an artisanally made Vacqueras.
Dark fruits in the nose and palate. Lovely texture and a bit chewy. Well done. Organic
