Medium golden yellow in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, pears & lemon/lime citrus notes with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & minerals, flinty & stony, some hazelnut notes, spices & a hint of vanilla/toasty oak in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth texture, ripe flavors of apples, pears & lemons/limes with butterscotch, stony, minerals & a hint of toasty oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but has the fruit & structure to continue with its development for a few more additional years if cellared properly. Very good QPR when found at discount!

Really nice, bright acidity after about 30 minutes of air. Pleasant citrus and a touch of wet stone. Definitely could go a little longer in the cellar.

This has a very pleasant profile of apricot that is freshened up by an accent of dewy grass and very subtle hints on tarragon. Soft on the palate, but backed up with a touch of chalk.

Green and yellow apple/pear, salty butter, a green savory note I can’t quite place like...rosemary and mint? Slightly smoky too. M acid, M body, alcohol heat. Right now the oak and alcohol are a little too heavy for the power of the fruit and it comes off a bit harsh. ~5/10

Got it on sale; wouldn't hunt for it at $32/bottle but really liked it at $19/bottle!
