  Nose of candied apples, sweet palate with very fine tannins and notes of bacon. Great length. Should improve in 5-10 years.

  Wonderfully intense and really comes out of the glass with delicate raspberry fruit that seduces along with wet summer steam, both fresh and more dried roses, tar, hints of balsamic vinegar and cool spices. Beautiful touch of this great wine. The middle part, on the other hand, may be a little unweighted and some may think it will be a little thin. But the fruit is still beautiful with raspberry fruit, against a hint of purple dried fruit edge, spices, tar and deeper salt layers that add complexity to the wine. Give it time. Lovely wine. 94 points.
