  Middag og noen Bordeaux 80-tall: Blind. Fat, smør toast, blanding av urter og eksotiske krydder på nese; Balansert og flott kropp, servert litt varm. Full throttle her, mer av alt. Ganske høy syre.

  中柠檬色，我开瓶就做了一次换瓶，闻香有烤芝麻，奶油，饼干，柠檬，橘皮和打火石的气息，入口酸度很高，酒液很咸，矿物感突出，辛辣白花混合着橘子和梨的香气，后段是奶油饼干，收口有焦糖的甜感，在奶油味中收尾。继续三个小时醒酒器醒酒，闻香和开始区别不大，直给的芝麻香，入口依然是线性的高酸，清泉般的口感，梨和苹果的香气，集中度不错，有着很好的骨架，以矿物感为主导，果味和肉质偏瘦了一点，没有因为醒酒变得松弛下来，表现始终很紧致，不是一个太开放的状态，严肃有余，愉悦不足，也许还需要更多年的时间才能磨平它的棱角。

  Excellent wine, nose at first quite calm, develops with air and temperature notes of hazelnut, mineral oil, lemon zest. Striking high acidity on palate, but nicely layered with a very long finish. Needs more time in the cellar or massive aeriation.

  Pale straw. Nose of lemon, melon, wet stone. Palate of a strong, striking acidity of lemon and lime with hints of peach and green plant.
  
  Some nice complexity with stoney minerality and smokey wood hints.
  
  Excellent balance and structure with many layers, and a long, complex finish. Excellent quality Chardonnay, quite honestly rivalling excellent top Burgundian examples; for me, this was reminiscent of the Lafon Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Champgains. Still very young and will continue to mature and develop I am sure.
