  • Sad to say my nose was stuffy, but the taste and texture was rich, a little fruit, slight tannins, toasted blackberry jam. Wish I had more.

  • A true treasure of a wine. Bought on a road trip to Seattle, with an excursion to Woodenville. A great find. Have had in my cellar for 3+years. Popped n poured at a restaurant. No evidence of bricking, no sed.. Great version of new world bordeaux blend. Good complexity, good balance, good mouthfeel, great finish. Went well with our main dishes, not so with the salad. Wish I had more.. in a great place right now...

  • This is singing right now. This is a wonderful blend and I thought it would go a bit longer but I think this is at its peak. A deep brooding garnet with slight bricking. An exquisit nose of beautiful nose of cedar, forest floor, floral, cassis and leather. A well structured full bodied wine with blackberries & black cherries wrapped in grain leather, cola, pencil & cedar. Man is this have a very complex flavor profile. Just awesome. The tannins are silky and well integrated. Extremely long finish.

  • Brian Carter can really blend! The Solesce is his premier wine for a reason.

A deep garnet with semi translucent ruby hue. A beautiful nose of rich cassis, leather, forest floor & floral hints. A well structured full bodied wine with blackberries & black cherries upfront wrapped in grain leather & cedar. The tannins are firm but will integrated giving this wine many many more years to develop.
