Rustic color and aromas - the nose is a mix of earth, stem and cherry. Tasty palate with a lingering but tart finish, particularly as it opened up. But my daughter and I loved it! A good food wine and a solid QPR for a traditional RRV Pinot. Agree that it should improve with a few more years of age. (12.8% alc!)

Maybe this needs more time to come into its own. I found it to be a bit off balance, acid forward, with not enough stuffing to balance the acid. Nice, classic (as in Burgundian), with cranberry, unripe rhubarb, unripe cherry, and some umami. Tasted next day with similar notes.

Translucent ruby color (very light). Offers a boisterous nose of raspberries with a hint of vanilla. Medium-light boded with low tannin and medium acidity. Fruit dominated palate beginning with some cranberry juice, baked tart cherries, become a bit pruney mid-palate before a spicy cran-apple finish. Finish was a bit bitter but this improved on day 2. Pretty good for the price, but I found it lacking in heft.

Solid pinot noir, decent age on it, generic red fruit, not overly complex. Would have again but others offer higher QPR.

Some nice tart red fruit with a slightly earthy finish. Perhaps not the most complex but tasty and would be happy to drink again.
