  By the glass. Freshly spicy, floral nose with good acidity and balance in the mouth. Typical tannic and tasty finish Barolo. More than acceptable but it will take time to bloom.
  
  Por copas. Frescamente especiado, floral en nariz con una buena acidez y equilibrio en boca. Típico final tánico y sabroso. Más que aceptable pero necesitará tiempo para florecer.

  Polished. Classic Nebbiolo nose, but relatively closed.
  
  Went great w beef Wellington. Had at restaurant so last glass only made it 1.5 hrs after opening.
