  Bought aa few years ago, and has improved a lot since. Initially it was quite flat and a bit acidic but now there's much more juicy flavour , blackcurrant and liquorice, good stuff

  The aroma is delightful, with rich and beautiful notes that are well balanced. Palate lacks some depth and complexity. The pricing is relatively higher considering the quality, but it includes a premium for the Antinori label. The 2019 vintage, in particular, stands out as a more successful choice.

  My initial note still applies in the main, however this bottle has developed a cheeky -but not presumptuous- tartness on the back end to counterpoint the velvet grip.
  It went well with a dinner of smoker roasted meatballs and fennel.
  
  Day 2
  Still decent, and drank well with gazpacho and fried chicken cutlets.
