  Medium yellow, slight golden colour, with a wide rainy, translucent rim.
  
  On the nose, it is a good mix of citrus, tropical fruits, and minerals with lemons, orange peels, grapefruits, white peaches, pineapples, tangerines, hint of mangoes and herbs, along with wet stones and minerals. There is also a bit of funk to this but in a very good and pleasant way.
  
  On the palate, this is quite thick and dense, and unctuous. The acidity comes through from the get go that balances the sweetness pleasantly. Similar to the nose, on the mid palate, there are notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and minerals - Honey, lemons, pineapples, grapefruits, apricots, and wet stone. Unfortunately, despite the complexity, the finish is quite short for me with minimal fruits remaining.

  Great Riesling with salty stir fry. Almost like soda pop, but falling just short.
