Dufter av mørke plommer og mørke bær, vanilje og noe tre. Bløt, fast og rik flott frukt med en fyldig og tett konsentrert utgang. Lange og faste stramme tanniner. Passer til: Okse, Lam, ost 2025-2030

15.5% alcohol and never once shows it. Black cherries and strawberries at its core, with herbal and earthy notes that keep building with air. There's a nice freshness to the flavours with a surprising spine of acidity, even though most of the structure here comes from the copious grainy tannin. But it's delicious with roast chicken and perfect during a weekend of arctic temps.

Had both a Magnum and a regular bottle at dinner with friends. Opened and aired the magnum for six hours but the regular only for 1 hour. This might partly explain why the magnum outclassed the regular bottle. Magnum 93, regular 90-91. Overall a very nice wine and good QPR. 60% Grenache, 31% Syrah, 8% Mourvèdre.

Dry, full body, med-high acidity, lots of backbone/structure that will benefit from aging 5+ years, I could guess 10 years. Rustic red fruit with hints of cherry. Needed to open and leave for 1.5 hours, just kept getting better with time after decanting. Try again in 3-4 years or later.
