First RM, and maybe unfair it’s the SC but it’s what I grabbed. Not trying one early upon release, which might have been a better experience before the primary faded however the are are still remnants of what once was.
Quaffable, not overly complex or enough stuffing to be more than an early drinker, but fun nonetheless. Black as red fruits, some blue, cranberry and orange/tangerine.

Decanted for one hour. Aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, loamy earth, anise and spice. Black and red fruit, loamy earth, anise, spice and fine tannins on the palate. Finishes with good length. Medium bodied. Served with coq au vin.

Nice dark fruit, midweight, nicely balanced. Tasty, and good qpr.

Very good California Pinot, with good balance and depth, if a bit ponderous. Held up well with NY strip steaks.

This is a huge PN. Massive fruit. Felt a touch ponderous next to a 2019 Williams-Selyem Sonoma County, but still delicious. A cab drinker’s pinot.
