  Ripe red berry and earthy notes on the nose and rustic palate with balancing acidity and moderate finish.

  Really liked this, more savory than other Pinots. Let it decant about 45 minutes and I think this was just about right. Hesitated opening it so young, but don't regret it!

  Popped and poured. Initially a bit tannic and ripe but it found its stride quickly. Dark fruited and delicious. Flirts with going over the top but stays focused. Long finish. A "steakhouse" Pinot if there ever was, but a fine example of the genre.
