Pale gold colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with ripe yellow apples, ripe lemon, white peach, wet stone and smoke. Medium taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe lemon, white peach, smoke and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis Grand Cru that feels very Burgundy in style. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Fresh but rich fruit, notably oaked. Will improve with age. Bourgogne Homecoming.
