2019 Louis Michel etc. (Chicago, IL): Served double blind. Tastes generically correct as Chablis. No signature or anything extra; a very boring wine. Imagine if you asked ChatGPT to write you a note on a bottle of Chablis. It'd probably accurately describe this wine.

Too young but wanted a preview of what’s to come. Lime, grapefruit, green apple, and the classic wet slate on the nose. Med + acid, lots of energy and verve (all steel) on the palate and very good length. Revisit in 3 or so years

Tasted at a location without access to a decanter or better glasses. I believe that the wine would greatly have benefitted from both, so no numerical rating. slightly on the reductive side and very very young to the point of needing some air and evolution to truly enjoy the character that I believe this Chablis could deliver.

Light in style and flavor. Nothing flawed here just I expected a bit more depth and sharpness given the pedigree.
