Very accessible and open, with fragrant red fruits and dried leaves. There is real mineral texture here, particularly pronounced on the finish. This is good and well made, if not overly complex. Texturally this has more going for it than any of the phenolics.

I’m not a afficionado of great Pinot from bourgogne, but it’s the best Pinot I’ve ever tasted and one of the best wine. It’s smooth, tasty, refined and makes you feel like your experimenting something’s special. It’s softly fruity, a little mineral and have a nice smooth finish. I’ve opened the bottle 1,5 hours before and it kept getting better during the dinner. Have been drinked on goat cheese stuffed chicken breast with garlic potato puree and asparagus.
