White flower, pear, bruised yellow apple, apricot, oak. Acidity medium(+), Finish medium(+). Modern style Meursault. Seemed to have a slight fizzle, which made this Meursault almost surreal. Not necessarily my preference. (Ma Cuisine, Beaune)

Annual wine trip; Bourgogne & Champage with Bas; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023 (France): [Restaurant purchase] at Ma Cuisine in Beaune. White flower, pear, bruised yellow apple, apricot, oak. Medium+ acidity, medium+ finish. Modern style Meursault. Seemed to have a slight fizzle. Not sure I get the hype, at the price paid in the restaurant this was fine value, but if you look at secondary market prices it doesn’t make sense to me

Lovely aromas of Bartlett pear, blanched almond and a reductive struck matchstick note that leads to a lemony, buttery, velvety texture that packs good lift and leaves you with a long stony, mineral driven finish.

Les Tontons Trinqueurs Tasting (Meursault): Walk around tasting. Apple nut butter with lots of power, good density, just less energy vs the Chassagne AC. Also a very good Village wine to enjoy young.
