  Very primary still; no tertiaries. Lovely perfumed nose that just screams Pinot. Red cherries, mixed spices, some oak and gravel, even a bit of ripe strawberry hiding there. The palate is a bit weak compared to the nose. Structure doesn't feel built for aging: soft but present tannin, medium - acidity. The mouthfeel is short of silky and the finish could be longer. I am probably generous on a 90, but it does have a fantastic nose and drinks well.

  개봉직후 아벤으로 1시간 세팅이 가장 좋았다.(2시간세팅부턴 오히려 쓴맛이 생김).
  
  다만, 너무 과실맛만 강조되어서 복합미를 추구하는 사람이라면 불호일 듯.
  개봉 1시간 정도 지나니 나무향이 살짝 올라오긴 했지만, 이건 과실 그 자체!

  Bright cherry red and very perfumed nose with spicy undertones. There is a lot going on in this one. It strikes the perfect balance of purity, lightweight but still with some extraction that makes it rich without tilting overboard. Still on the young side of course but great material for a 3-5 window. Length is there and enough complexity to keep going through a meal. 90+
