  • Red-brown color, a bit light. Palate shows plum, tannins, oak and is concentrated and medium to full bodied. Not yet ready if compared with the 2001 which is more integrated. But the quality in 2002 will never reach that of 2001.
We visited Tuscany in 2007 and wanted to taste Agostina Pieri's wines. But unfortunately he has no tasting room and does not sell at his property. Though very friendly wine-maker.
We went to a local enoteca and bought his wines. Really good stuff.
