  Clear, medium ruby colour. Clean, med+ intense aromas of sweet and sour cherries, aronia, light almond, sweet liquorice, rose hip, violets, chalk, green leafs, cloves, tobacco, redcurrant, green pepper and cream. Developing aromas.
  Dry, high acidity, medium bodied, medium alcohol and med÷ tannins. Dry, med+ intense flavours of bramble, cherries, cloves, liquorice, pepper, chalk, cream, redcurrant, green leafs and tobacco. Medium finish. Gathers up nicely in Grassl Cru-glass. Drink or hold.

  Quite vanilla with a bit of an oaky flavor and didn't taste like a burgundy at all. Maybe needs more time!
