This deep ruby, Grenache-dominant blend was uncorked and allowed 45 minutes in carafe prior to commencement of tasting over the ensuing two hours. Deep ruby in color, it unfurls an intense aromatic profile of red bramble fruits, steeped plums, mulling spices, Provençal herbs and loamy earth. Medium-to-full-bodied, freshly acidic and judiciously oaked, it delivers flavors mirroring the nose, adding notes of graphite and cocoa. The wine's lofty 15.5% alcohol stays in check as long as the serving temperature is maintained at 60-65°F. The plentiful tannins are silky-textured. Dense on the mid-palate and long on the finish, this is a quality Châteauneuf that, if well-cellared, should evolve gracefully up to its fifteenth birthday. At this early stage, an hour or more of aeration is beneficial. Drink now-2034.

Smooth & refined - dried Cherry with Earthy Leathery notes. Very good balance with firm tannins that softened with a decant. Long velvety finish with a hint of cassis. Great example of a CNDP

Kirsch, peppery red cherries, and floral notes form the core of this crisp, fresh, soft-textured, bright, and spicy wine. Drink from 2024-2035.
