{winery} Very nice on day one, and even into day 2, but by day 3, there was some VA that distracted. That said, it's really nice on PnP, with a very light streak of green bell pepper, but good, sapid fruit thru the middle. Stands up easily to grilled steak, blue cheese(s), etc. Good, cool acids, avg. structure. 14,0% abv., best in the short/mid term, recommended

(Castello di Monsanto Nemo Vigneto Il Mulino Toscana IGT) Very dark red violet color; redolent, red currant, dried red currant, green olive nose; delicious, tart red currant, green olive, tart red raspberry palate with medium acidity; should go 15-20 years; long finish (from Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1977; 14% alcohol) 93+ points

Red clear colour. Lots of nice pepper, blackberry and leather. Balanced and medium length.

Tasty old world cab with savory fruit and fine tannins on the moderate finish.
