Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Obviously this is past any reasonable drink date but I saw the bottle at a decent price and decided to take a chance given my love for G. Rinaldi. The nose is actually quite good with very burgundian elements of mushrooms, earth, and game. On the palate the fruit has faded to dark dried cherries and the acidity is a bit too high for what remains, but this is certainly better than I was expecting and still an interesting bottle of wine.
