  The Leclerc is a bit old school in that is a deep purple and highly extracted with a good dose of new oak. So lots of structure and this wine needs time to decant or better yet to mellow out and grow new to its structure as the fruit is quite good but right now the tannins and wood and a little too prominent. I’m cellaring my other bottles of this wine to drink after 2030. Has the potential to reach a 92 rating.
