Lots to like initially. Energetic and rounded fruit flavours of green apple and gooseberry into dried apricot, a bit nutty and herbals Strange and not very pleasant finish - bitter lime and then chalk.

Clear, med intensity lemon colour with white rim. Hundreds of tiny slow-moving blobs. Clean, med intensity, still developing aromas of green gages, pears, gooseberries, honeysuckle, alfalfa, parsley and vegetable stock. Dry, med+ body, med alcohol, med acidity, a slight hint of tannins, decent intensity, with flavours of green melon, gooseberry, granny-smith Apple, molasses, and green olives. Med finish and a slight sweetness on the palate.

Tasted at Three Borders Wine Group, Berkshire, UK. Amber colour. Complex, lemony, petrol finish. Not memorable.

Nose of nutty, toasty, appley, pears! Almost some bruised apple. Lost some of the nuttiness on serious chilling.
In the mouth - apples, none of the nutty or toasty notes. Moderate acidity trending high, full mouthfeel
Fruity, but not overblown, very refreshing despite high alcohol and full body. My first taste of Roussanne and very impressed
