I'm a fan of the Cibonne Tibouren roses, but first time with Cuvee Marius. Definitely not your average summer rose, and a step up from the other Cibonne roses as well.
Pinkesh orange color as is mentioned by others. It opened more on the second day but was excellent on both. On day 2, nice fruit and acidity that was a little more quiet on the first. Enjoyed drinking on its own and it also stood up well to chicken fettuccine alfredo that was quite rich.
Full bodied, fruity core with blood orange, apricot, and other rich fruits and herbal accents. Unique and very enjoyable.

Unique pinkish-orange color, like a burnt siena crayon got into the red one. Apparently aged under “florette” (aka flor), this wine has an incredible, beguiling, salty, herbal yet citrusy and fruity aroma. The palate entry is plush and the mid palate is positively opulent with a beautiful core of fruit with notes of apricot, black tea, pink fruits (especially grapefruit). Exits with a lengthy silky salty finish. Wonderful.

Stunning padparadscha pink-orange color with golden highlights. What stood out most for me with this was a very distinct Earl Gray / bergamot flavor in the finish, totally unexpected. Otherwise I thought this was a bit too southern-Rhone flabby...wanted some more acid and grip.

Bombastic pink wine, this is rather thick and unctuous. Cherry, peach, cedar, rosemary, and a gorgeous ripe melon note comes roaring through after this gets some air. The finish is long and staining, so many resinous herbs and spice notes, cedar too. Surely capable of aging many years. Not much like this. Pink wine at its greatest.

Wow! Only improved with air. Floral, lean, and singing.
