It s a remarkable wine, with distinctive notes, orange color, very unusual and unique.
Nose of orange peel, blossom, light ox, but not showing so much, spices, herbs, vegetal touch... unique
Palate is vibrant with med+ acidity, tart notes of citrus, bergamot, ginger, complex and long ... very good wine... unsure if I d keep or drink, but it'll sure get more complex with time... It's a white complex rosé wine...:)
had the tibouren tradition same vintage earlier this week, it felt more oily and fat, almost better than that one which shows more complexity but less oily texture ! more acidity perhaps
Great wines anyways

Started at 40 degrees F, but better with air and a bit more warmth . Underripe strawberries , stony minerality + some savory notes . Served with burgers and dog for lunch . Great pairing

Tasted blind. Flor not evident here like the 2015 poured a few bottles back, but Tibouren's classic blend of savory and strawberry notes makes a great impression. Just excellent. I don't know why I don't buy these all the time; I should.
Where to begin? Served at cellar temp, but at this stage, presentation at 8-10 C would be ideal. Quite complex. Deep strawberry fruit that resonates from mouth attack through finish. Very pleasant oxidative notes, previewing a future as a sherry-like, but red-fruited sip to go with tapas, provencal amuse bouche, or the like. A big wine that needs time (4+ years?). I have many, so I'll probably wait a year or so before pulling another. abv 14%

Annandale Cellars Christmas Tasting (Annandale Cellars, Annandale): Medium minus intensity aromas of fruit lozenge, nutty notes, slightly waxy, slight herbaceous underpin. Almost a little residual sugar on the palate, alcohol warmth, gum gripping texture. Nah.
