Hyacinth Dinner (Hyacinth, St. Paul, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour plus. 95% Friulano, 5% Riesling. Slate, stone fruits, subtle fusil, riveting acidity, supreme elegance, powdery, lychee, almond skin, crystalline minerality, transparent and pure with an intensity that just keeps giving. Gorgeous wine. 94pts or better.

Color: medium gold Nose: well so we have the traditional sour almond here, but also kumquat. Peach flesh, just ripe. White flowers and yellow flowers. Rich and potent Palate: medium-high acidity, medium body. Everything is on balance, with a welcoming fruit and flower taste Finish: medium-long
Excellent quality and superb balance. Just a jewel: tocai better than this I'm not sure there is a lot of out there. This needs 45 mins of air to really shine, and i think perfect now but it can go a while in cellar. I've put one bottle in storage with the intent to forget about it for a while, let's see
