PNP. Cool, restrained nose of flint, Granny Smith apple, green pear and white flowers. Full palate, crisp, taut and shows some green grape tannins/astringency. Drying finish that’s a bit clenched and chiseled. Not as ripe as I expected based on the professional recaps of the vintage would indicate.
Day 2 update. Still flinty, more open, rounder and less chiseled.

The weakest showing of all the PYCM Saint Aubin wines. That said it’s still really easy to like from the start. Medium to full bodied with moderate acidity. Lemon bar, vanilla, white flower, mineral and slight reduction. This one needs more time to perform than the others.
