Tour de Riesling (United Cellars, 140 William Street, Sydney): Savoury and slightly saline, fruit a little muted, smells a little flat, dusty notes. Medium plus intensity acidity is sharp and bone dry, textured mid palate grip but this is a little dilute in this line up. Meh.
