I was afraid that it was too late for this wine, but not at all. Ok it certainly won't improve further but there is still life and freshness preserved. Classic, albeit not very complex, nose with almond paste, white flowers. Very aromatic. The palate is full bodied with some white peach, almonds. Really finds its place with some musty food. Not really complex or very long but a very enjoyable drink! Drink soon. Very good.

Dinner at La Strada with Julie Mark and gang -- Bright and citrus filled, with almost a powdery texture and some interesting crushed Flintstones vitamin I get in white CdPs. An interesting wine, food friendly, and decent value in this day and age.
