  I know it's still a baby, but I simply can't resist the charming allure of Nicole's young red. Even at this early stage, it displays remarkable balance and elegance. While the terroir might not have fully revealed itself, it is undeniably a fine effort. Without a doubt, this domaine is quickly becoming my new sweet spot.

  This young Suchots has been allowed to 7 hours of slow oxidation within the bottle. I must express my utmost admiration for every 2020/2021 vintage I have had the pleasure of sampling from Nicole. There are captivating symphony of flavors and textures that are exquisitely balanced and harmonized. The bouquet is a delightful sensory experience, enchanting the senses with its alluring aromas. The palate is a testament to finesse, inviting and gratifying with every sip. The overall structure of the wine is impeccably crafted, showcasing the winemaker's exceptional skill and expertise. It is truly a pleasurable experience, one that should be savored in the present moment.

  Vosne Millésime - Noblesse des Clos Vougeot - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Walk around tasting. Enticing red fruit aromas with subtle spice and meat notes, all very pretty. Similar flavors are slightly firm for now, but overall well balanced even if not quite as elegant today. Very good 91-92 point potential,2027 forward.

  Again a baby,
  
  from the tank, cherry, light red berries, very subtle and refined...
  
  Palate is so refined, elegant, bright and light, but shows so well, lovely wine, easy to drink, excellent
  
  Will grow... but already a stunner
