  Double decanted and left to open up for 1½hrs. Violets, dark cherry and ripe raspberry notes pop out of the glass with a mineral core and a hint of balsamic undertone. Soft velvety texture on the palate, fresh but not sharp there is wonderful balance here and approachability. this is lovely perfurmed and while soft and warm, there is stuffing here to last a decade. Will check back after a few more hrs
  
  With more time, and even on day two, the wine does not seem to open up much more. If anythign, it seems to shut down a tiny bit. Unsure what to make of the storage potential, as the 2017 vintage was hot and fickle. It will provide pleasureable drinking now with a short decant

  Spice, rose, floral notes and velvety texture makes this surprisingly drinkable at this young age, though helpfully there is an underbelly of firm structure and minerality here to give some substance. Will be interesting to see this progress. 93

  Decanted 3 Hours. Upon decanting presented with big pleasing powerful aroma of dark fruits w/full rich garnet color. Initial pour of beautiful tart cherries, red licorice w/strong legs. Flavor opens to ripe plums, soft leather w/a well developed balanced finish. This was a most enjoyable wine and the longer it opened the more balanced the profile & flavor. Exceptional w/Caprese & Truffle ham appetizer & Lobster ravioli in brown butter Sauce . This is a food wine!

  Smakt hos produsent etter hyggelig omvisning. Krydret lukt, morell, ganske utviklet (åpen flaske) unik og flott vin. Kjøp hvis mulig.
