  스페인 와인에 가성비가 좋다는 말을 하는 것도 꽤나 지겹지만 그래도 역시나 좋은 와인.
  특히나 이번에는 나름 향이 있는 족발을 페어링 시켰음에도 튀지 않아서 좋았다.
  페어링이 까다로운 프랑스 와인보다는 훨씬 음식과 무난하게 마실 수 있어서 좋기도.
  
  노즈에서는 검은 과실향이 꽤나 지배적이다.
  굳이 따지면 생과일보다는 말린 과일 느낌에 조금 더 가깝긴 한데 큰 차이는 아니다.
  이어서 나오는 오크 풍미도 나쁘지 않다.
  
  입에서는 산도와 탄닌으로 정리할 수 있을 것 같다.
  아주 약간의 당도가 있긴 한데 입안에서 거슬릴 정도는 아니다.
  산도는 시간이 갈수록 약간 도드라지고, 탄닌은 부드러워지니 본인이 원하는 시간대를 찾아보도록 하자.
