Strong vegetal, forest floor, and funk on the nose, with a savory finish. Opened up after an hour and paired nicely with duck. Good example of a Rhône varietal grown in the right terroir in the New World to express the interesting profile above vs. fruit forward.

This wine needed a little time to breathe before drinking. My first glass was poured shortly after opening and was a little sharp. However, further glasses were excellent.

Wow! Fantastic wine. Complex nose, excellent balance and long finish.

Probably the best grenache I had. Still didn't love it.

Some serious French funk from this one. Great Licorice notes.
