  • Medium to deep purplish ruby. Almost opaque.

    Some oak. Scents of clove, licorice, roasted meat, and bay leaf. Maybe, a touch of reduction. Intense and pure fruit of black currant. Great acidity. Saline and savory midpalate. Finishes with spices, sweet tobacco, and emerging earthy note.

    Medium plus body, Medium plus to high acidity, ripe tannin with strong salinity.

    Big-boned and muscled. This is a big bodied spicy NSG from a hot vintage. Still great acidity keeps it balanced while the fruit retains purity and vibrancy. Looking forward to its development.
