Nose: Sweet flowers and earth. Palate: Thick mouthfeel, perfectly ripe blackberries with some chalkiness to them; fine-grained tannins and good acidity.

Served from machine, so basically like a Coravined pour. Very deep dark magenta color. Blackberry, pumpkin bread, and subtle salami. Smooth, dry, slightly chalky palate. Full tannins on the medium long+ finish.
This is young, so I imagine there is lots of upside here. Cornas is a lesser known Rhone region. Had a glass at a hopping wine bar in Lyon.

Dark red, super Syrah with killer nose & a palate that was very captivating, good already but will improve with age
