  A Tempier Light in all aspects - intensely aromatic, supple & agile. A proper Bandol Rouge f Domaine La Suffrène w ample age, slow-ox for 30 min f pop bringing juicy freshness. Shiny dark ruby, slightly purple on the fringes in appearance. Superbly fragrant & open nose - inviting w spice, garrigues, leather, blackberries, blueberries & a tad of menthol. Crystalline purity on the m+-bodied palate, not overly concentrated, fine grip to the fore & mid-palate tannins, quite ripe & chalky, closing on an energetic & spice-driven note!
