  Opened in the bottle all day. Nice ripe red fruit but also really acidic and in need of time. Somewhat savory but mostly fruit coming through now. Likely best to hold 5 plus years.

  Ungefär samma noter som senast. Korrigerar betyget eftersom jag upplever denna lite sluten, även om många aromer finns där. Krydda, rosor, en liten 'hint' av apelsin (?). Utmärkt. Älskar den strama och eleganta stilen hos Einaudi.

  Ljust röd med tegelnyanser. Medel+ (lena) tanniner. Avger just nu mera aromer är den Monviglero jag testade häromdagen. Denna bekräftar alla hypoteser att 2018 är en årgång som flyger 'right out of the gate'. Komplex och supersnygg Cannubi av bästa snitt. Utmärkt.
