Pale Rose petal aromas Very light, fine. Well made but little to say for itself. Quite good length. For me, the essence of Mornington Peninsula and why, apart from Yabby Lake, I avoid it. It’s like Pinot looking like Nebbiolo rather than vice versa. Great to try. Won’t be back soon.

Australia vs New Zealand Pinot Noir (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Spiced red berries, black raspberry, sweet spice, touch of carbo crush. Juicy, slightly bitter, red berry fruit, non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish. Hmm

Mascerated strawberries and a red cherry aspect. Alcohol feels a ‘warm’, not super interesting but it’s nice enough.
