Pop and pour for NYE. Yellow straw in the glass, slightly gold tinged. Big, intoxicating aromas of apple orchard and white flowers with just a touch of petrol.
Vivid, bright, and luscious on the palate with flavors of peach, caramelized apple, lemon, nectarine, and honeycomb. Abundant acidity, but not on the ripping high side. A little residual sugar, but it's offset nicely but the acid cut. Good length on the finish.
Outstanding stuff, and a clear step up from the winery's stock dry offering. I think the price difference is worth it to upgrade to this.

Roasted fennel, honey, chamomile nose. Massive bursty mouth full of pineapple, fresh sweet corn, honeycomb. One of the best from this winery in my records

Very pale straw color; honeysuckle nose. Delicious fruit profile: pineapple and other tropical fruits, balanced with mineral notes and good acifity. This wine continues to perform beautifully.

Peach, apple, apricot, wet stone, lychee
High acidity, long finish, concentrated stone fruits - lots of lychee. Hint of spice as well, vanilla/clove.

Finger Lakes Summer of Riesling 2023; 7/7/2023-7/10/2023 (Finger Lakes, New York, USA): FLX 2023 Day 1, Winery 2: A little bit more noticeable sweetness than the basic Wiemer Dry Riesling that balances the wine better. RS 0.8% (compared to 0.7%)
