Old world Grenache: Raspberry and black cherry in a slightly cordialed/compote way, and warm earthy spices. Light-medium bodied and very easy drinking with gentle acidity and subtle dusty tannins that take a few sips to make their presence known. A touch indelicate at 15% alcohol and lacking a bit of complexity to be really great, but it's a good quality crowd-pleaser.
Aromatic with black cherries, black raspberries and spice box! Medium-bodied with substantial tannin. This is excellent now (could use a meat stew), but should evolve over the next few years. Drink now-2028 90

Very good QPR. Classified as Côtes du Rhône but grapes picked from a vineyard next to the more prestigious Chateauneuf du Pape. Big on the nose and on the palate. Cigar box, smoke, red fruit and cherry.

Pronounced nose intensity with notes of cooked black fruits, cassis, spices. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin and long finish.
