  Straw yellow. Orchard fruits - especially pears and golden delicious apples, but not not over sweet. The wine has a round mouthfeel and is long. The nose and palate match. A background complexity which is quite mineral. On the palate it is medium to full bodied. On night two this was augmented by a really lovely core of stone fruit - white peach in particular, which added to the pear and apple at a similar intensity. I think this bodes well for some more bottle age, as this is pretty young. Very good now, albeit slightly subtle, but I suspect this will improve.

  Quite reserved (no surprise). Tropical fruit, apple, citrus notes, butter, sea shell, and light spice. Smoothly textured, with good body, concentration and length. Promising, but will need time. Strat drinking from 2028. 91(?)
