Vat-tanines. Beperkte aromatische expressie.   Colour: Pale yellow. Aroma / bouquet: Super young, so still super closed. A hint of citrus, stone fruit and unripe pineapple. Taste / Aftertaste: Fresh, candy-like acid, pleasant, filmy mouthfeel. Vat tanins. Limited aromatic expression. General / potential: My first encounter with this white Le Vieux Donjon. 50 + Colour: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Taste / Aftertaste: 16 + General / potential: 8 = 90/100
