  Leapyear tasting (Red Dot Winebar Kristiansand): Subtle citrus and yellow fruit which emerges more with air, smoke, pine and herbs, the palate is clean with a clear direction, some phenolic grip and maybe slightly a little too bitter midpalate before a long mineral finish.

  Amazing wine with an unbelievable qpr at an excellent spot right now. Flinty nose with yellow fruit, the latter becoming more pronounced with time when also a creamy note appears. Salty, stony, and herbal notes on the palate, some pleasant bitterness. Will certainly improve a little more, but I can’t think of a reason not to drink this right now.

  It had been about 6 months since my last bottle and I was excited to open another bottle of this up and coming producer from the Rheinhessen.
  This has great intensity but is beautifully balanced. Stylistically it reminds me of the great Feuervogel Sylvaner bottling from Keller. That interplay and balance between power and purity.
  There is a ton of pleasure in this wine with notes of lemon oil and spicy herbs coat your palate with great textural presence. But what is most striking is the liquid limestone that expresses a sense of place and deep minerality is such a successful way.
  This is a gorgeous wine and I am very excited to try more from this super talented winemaker.

  Fresh and delightful silvaner. Good depth for the level. A perfect spring bottle with the first asparagus.

  开瓶即饮，浑浊的淡金黄色，闻香有青苹果和青梅的香气，混合着桃子和刺槐花的芬芳，一些矿物质气息，还有酒泥接触带来的饼干的味道，入口酸度非常高，呈线性，酒液很咸，矿物感清晰，淡淡奶油，白花，蜜桃，枇杷和梅子的香气，后段白花辛辣，微苦，余味有点短。偏自然酒的感觉，结构不大，酒体偏轻，略有水感，酸度有些突兀，直来直去的风格比较适合夏天解暑。
