With that yeasty, bread-dough sense of Gruner Veltliner on the nose. And then a nice "secret" sweetness on the mid palate. Fun drinking with its bolder mid-palate. Maybe its the '21 vintage but its really darn fun to drink. Would wish it was $24 or so.

Little wax, a little touch of green fruit character, a touch of bitterneess here. As the weird bitter diesel taste to it.
