consumed the old highball style with plain soda water; wood smoke, forest floor and iodine scents, features smoked flavors of orange peel, lava rocks, citrus and tobacco, the finish sets on the tongue and absorbs itself into your tongue tissues, then it seeps into your inner soul while continuing to warm your upper gastrointestinal tract, and I like it

very pale colour nose TCP and smoky notes - strong but not overpowering Very very spice. Feels like biting into a chilli plus Szechuan pepper. Some sweet notes stop it being overpowering, marmalade. Then a long smoky finish. Very very smoky but not a caricature.

Kinda halfway between an Islay and a highland scotch: peaty but also spicy. Tastes hotter than 40% so having on the rocks. Nice balance but a bit overpriced.
