Initially quite tight and lemony. With air it became more generous with some stone fruit, apple and dried pineapple flavors. A touch of minerality on the finish. Judicious oak. Med+ acidity which kept it lively. More energetic than most Paul Hobbs chardonnays I have enjoyed. I expect it to improve with bottle age.
